He has a proven ability to implement robust financial systems that enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and drive informed decision-making, ensuring Dele Group maintains its competitive edge in the industry.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic Bida, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kwara State University, Malete, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye. As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), his professional credentials underscore his commitment to financial excellence and governance. His extensive experience and strategic mindset make him a vital asset in steering Dele Group toward fiscal stability and sustainable growth.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">At Dele Group, he oversees the leadership of procurement, logistics, distribution, and operations, ensuring seamless sourcing and delivery of products to meet the demands of multinational clients and local markets alike. His strategic vision has been instrumental in establishing robust supplier networks, enhancing inventory management, and delivering new product development initiatives on time and within budget.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Hope’s career is replete with significant achievements, including delivering multi-million-dollar savings through negotiation and capability building, achieving up to 85% on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance with key suppliers, and spearheading supply chain optimization projects with external consultants. He has successfully implemented innovative strategies such as Kanban systems, vendor performance dashboards, and supplier auditing programs to uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">A graduate of Warwick University (UK) with an MSc in Supply Chain Management and a BSc in Economics from Lagos State University, he holds certifications in leadership, strategic customer service, and procurement from globally recognized institutions. His ability to align teams with business goals, foster supplier partnerships, and drive operational efficiency makes him a cornerstone of Dele Group’s commitment to excellence in supply chain management.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As a specialist in modern laboratory instrumentation, including UV/Visible Spectrophotometry, FT/IR Spectrophotometry, Fluorimetry, HPLC, and AAS, he has mastered the development of various pharmaceutical dosage forms, including intravenous fluids, tablets, capsules, liquid orals, and dry powders for syrups. His comprehensive understanding of good laboratory practice, regulatory affairs, and documentation systems ensures that Dele Group maintains the highest standards of compliance and quality.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Mr. Omosebi holds a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna , a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Applied Chemistry, and a National Diploma (ND) in Science Technology from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria (ICCON), the Chemical Society of Nigeria (CSN), and the Nigerian Institute of Science Laboratory Technologists (NISLT), with membership in progress at the Institute of Public Analysts of Nigeria (IPAN).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">As a collaborative project consultant with exceptional attention to detail, he excels in relationship management with key partners while demonstrating expertise in risk management and financial analysis.
